2.7.5. Liability
- The Booking Leader is responsible for any damages, violations, or other issues that arise up until the point when the drivers arrive to pick up the motorcycles and sign their own contracts. From that point onward, the individual drivers/riders will be responsible for any damages, violations, or other issues that occur during the rental period.
